TRY A HEALTHY JUICE
Celery and Cucumber with Lemon Juice:
This juice is a powerful cleanser as celery and cucumber combined provide antioxidants and is also anti-inflammatory, as well as being a natural diuretic. In fact, if you drink this at least 3 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach you will begin to feel the benefits of a healthier digestive tract. The body will excrete more waste matter and you will urinate more frequently but that is part of the cleansing process you will also have less bloating, less pain in the ribcage and more energy within a week.
You will need:
1/2 pint of water (preferably filtered)
4 celery stalks
1/2 Lemon juice
Sometimes I blend mine instead of juicing it as this gives added fibre and roughage from the skin of the celery and cucumber, which helps form, bulk and bind waste matter.
