We serve delicious vegan/ vegetarian meals on our retreats. They are specially prepared onsite, nutritious and a great way to eliminate toxins from the body.

Alongside the vegan meals, we offer a range of detox juices,  herbal teas, and fresh purified water. 

 

 

 

 

SMALL GROUPS

 

 

For your comfort and enjoyment, we limit our groups to a maximum of 14 people. This is to ensure that everyone receives the appropriate learning experience.

 

Come with family, friends or on your own; you will enjoy a warm welcoming experience.

women's peer to peer Mentoring

We meet up weekly in Haringey and share knowledge and exchange experiences with other women. We recognise the need for small groups and also emphasise on confidentiality. One step at a time.

Men's peer to peer Mentoring

We meet up every week in Haringey and have wonderful discussions and share knowledge and experiences.

Group meetings are confidential.

Weekly sauna and well-being sessions 

We really enjoy our well-being sessions. They are held in Haringey and involve us having weekly catch-ups with peer to peer discussions followed by nutritional advice and then sauna and relaxation. 

We often find that there is a need for such support systems to be in place, for women especially, to feel comfortable and safe.

Sessions are heavily subsided and bookable in advance
